Collaborative care.

I help women break cycles of vaginal infections and hormone imbalance

Women’s Health Naturopath in Newcastle

Recurrent vaginal infections and hormone imbalances don’t just “keep happening” for no reason. Whether it’s thrush, BV, HPV, PCOS or irregular cycles, there is often an underlying pattern.
I work with people experiencing persistent vaginal infections and hormonal disruption to investigate the root drivers and develop structured, collaborative treatment plans designed for long-term stability.

MEET YOUR NATUROPATH

BHSc Naturopathy, BHSc EXSS

I’m a naturopath with a clinical focus in female reproductive, hormonal, and vaginal health.

I work with women and gender diverse people navigating irregular cycles, painful periods, recurrent vaginal infections, PCOS, and complex hormonal concerns — especially those who feel confused, dismissed, or offered short-term fixes without deeper investigation.

My approach is collaborative and structured. I believe your body isn’t broken — it’s communicating. My role is to listen carefully, identify the patterns beneath your symptoms, and guide you through clear, evidence-informed care.

Through thoughtful case-taking, strategic testing, and targeted herbal and nutritional medicine, we create plans that are intentional, sustainable, and designed for long-term stability.

You deserve healthcare that listens.
